This Chocolate Bain-Marie is the ideal product for restaurateurs looking to enjoy optimal quality in their culinary work. Made of 18/10 stainless steel and ABS plastic for greater durability, it is perfect for creating high-quality coatings and keeping them at the desired temperature for hours. Ideal for achieving a shiny glaze for cakes, pies, pop cakes, muffins, etc., it has a temperature adjustable by thermostat from 0°C to 60°C.

Furthermore, it is equipped with a GN 1/6 container with a capacity of 1.5 L and a removable 18/10 stainless steel cover. These are easy to maintain and can withstand dishwasher use. This bain-marie is equipped with a 3D heating system: heat is evenly distributed over the entire surface of the container for optimal results. Its light indicator, on the other hand, lights up as soon as the desired temperature is reached. Easy to use, this device has a long lifespan.
