Armoire Réfrigérée Négative 2 Portes - 1300 L

Cette Armoire Réfrigérée Négative est idéale pour les professionnels de la restauration. Elle bénéficie d'une belle capacité de 1300 L et vous offre de grandes capacités. En effet, elle vous permet de stocker les ingrédients sur les six étagères réglables robustes. Vous pouvez également remplacer les étagères par des bacs GN 2/1 pour une plus grande flexibilité de stockage. 

Le refroidissement est assuré par un système à air forcé qui distribue efficacement l'air froid uniformément à l'intérieur, et garantie un refroidissement fiable pour une hygiène maximale des aliments surgelés. La régulation de la température est également facile, grâce au panneau de commande numérique intuitif qui affiche à tout moment la température intérieure de l'armoire. La construction en acier inoxydable est à la fois robuste et simple à nettoyer. Les roulettes robustes permettent un positionnement et une installation également faciles. Les portes verrouillables sécurisées ont des joints magnétiques amovibles afin de pouvoir les laver rapidement si nécessaire.

Efficace, cette armoire réfrigérée vous permet de stocker de manière très fiable vos produits à plus forte valeur tout en réduisant les risques de dégradations des aliments et en préservant leurs saveurs et leurs qualités nutritionnelles. 

Prévoir impérativement un espace de 50 cm entre l'appareil et le plafond.
